Short biography
Sara Moghadam was born in Mashhad in 1977. Since childhood, she has been interested in nature and living in the mountains. Despite studying computer science, her love for nature and handicrafts led her to change her path and pursue professional training in wood arts (marquetry, inlay, latticework) and ceramics. After several years of continuous training, she established her own workshop under the brand Kahor and continued to produce creative and environmental works.
Artistic path and concept of works
In her works, Sara has a special focus on observing and discovering the natural patterns and textures of wood. Using abandoned wood and natural materials, she reveals the inner role and story of materials and establishes a direct connection between humans and nature. Metamorphosis, or the transformation of materials into living and narrative works, is a central element of her work. Her works are a fusion of traditional and modern techniques and, by observing environmental principles and paying attention to details, create a unique experience for the audience.
He has demonstrated his commitment to continuous growth and advancement in the arts by actively participating in professional courses and completing a four-year specialized program in sculpture and relief.
